The "brief sexuality" could also allude to a scene with Thena Angelina Jolie , an Eternal warrior who becomes romantically involved with the Deviant Kro in Marvel's comic books. Perhaps tellingly, the final Eternals trailer shows Kro ensnaring Thena with his tendril-like appendages in an oddly intimate fashion, possibly alluding to the pair being in love.
Even more intriguing, Eternals is confirmed to include an onscreen kiss between the Eternal Phastos Brian Tyree Henry and his husband Haaz Sleiman , which begs the question: will the movie be daring enough to feature a sexual moment involving a queer couple? Whatever the case, Eternals ' "brief sexuality" doesn't go far enough to break tradition with the MCU's movies being rated PG Teen, 16 years old Written by Bartram Petrikov November 10, Lacks the raunch of many other marvel installments these days, definately a classic!
Teen, 14 years old Written by Mirti3. October 17, Bon film marvel This review Teen, 16 years old Written by TokyoSmoke October 4, Genuinely appropriate and smartly written superhero movie This is a great intro to the MCU for your brave eight year old.
The action is frequent but comical, and the cursing isn't very frequent. Teen, 13 years old Written by Cowswithpjs October 1, Avengers assemble!!! I absolutely loved this movie and it is really not that violent at all.
It only has a couple of shooting and choking and beating up scenes. My sister watched this when she was 8 and she loved it too there is really nothing to worry about. Kid, 11 years old September 15, Teen, 15 years old Written by scratcher September 11, This was a really good marvel movie with few bloody scenes Before I say anything I wanna say this was a really good movie and the first avengers movie in the series, there are lots of explosions and cool fights, it lives up to the marvel slandered.
This film is pretty violent but almost none of it is blood. There are a lot of punch and kicking Thor hits aliens with his hammer and captain america hits people with his shield and throws it at some enemies. Agent Coulsons death is fairly bloody, his bottom lip has blood on it and there is a stab wound on his stomach. Lots of cars explode but no civilians are shown killed. Loki chokes tony stark a little when he is out of his suit and Loki is also shown kinda possessing people.
The aliens will probably scare younger children and the hulk might also scare them. Ass, hell, damn, bastard, bitch, oh my god, and playboy are used in this film.
There is some drinking and a reference to weed but most kids can handle that. This was all in all a great movie for older kids the enjoy action, superheros, and just awesome movies. This movie is great because the characters are very developed based on their prior films and coming together as a team represents teamwork and positive messages.
Loki is a great villain. If your child has seen other action movies with little cussing you will be good. Kid, 10 years old July 26, Amazing Movie!!! Great movie for kids of any age, but a quick warning for parents is that they do curse in this movie but its nothing worse that damn, goddammit, shit, or hell. They also have sexual references, but what movie doesn't?!?! Most of the references would go over any kid's head and in one seen they do show Bruce Banner the hulk naked but he is covered so there is nothing to worry about in that narrative.
And like all superhero movies there is violence, none of which is graphic but there is some blood. At the same time not to burst anyone's bubble it would be ignorant to assume a child over the age of 10 doesn't know different cuss words, sex references, or even some violent scenes in a movie. A large man punches an elevator door denting it and also a wall later, also denting it.
A man is startled when a woman stands closely behind him and talks to him. A couple of characters are transported and we see them change in age from infant to elderly. A man talks about another man having "accidentally survived. A man says that they should go find a man when he was a baby and makes a gesture with his hands signifying killing the baby.
A reference is made to a place being called the "domain of death. We see a cemetery of sorts with large tablets listing the names of people who have vanished. A man talks about someone having found a room full of bodies. A man talks about his mother having died and becomes emotional. A character flying a vessel tells the passengers, "You better not throw up on my ship. A character says, "Oooo, something died in here," when he enters another man's home.
A man has a scar over his eye and one eye is brown and the other is blue. A woman has several large scars on her head. An alien creature is shown with long appendages with pointed nails and a bird-like face. A being is shown with a skeletal face there's no flesh covering the nose and it floats off the ground as it tells a man and a woman that they need to sacrifice a soul. A character holds a device that contains a slimy substance.
A character says that another character eats garbage. Be aware that while we do our best to avoid spoilers it is impossible to disguise all details and some may reveal crucial plot elements.
